Individual Therapy
You Know Something Needs to Change. You Just May Not Know Where to Start.
You may be dealing with anxiety, ADHD, burnout, perfectionism, low mood, or navigating a major life change. You might be adjusting to pregnancy or postpartum life, starting a new job, navigating a relationship change, or entering a new chapter that feels more overwhelming than you expected. Sometimes, even positive life transitions can bring uncertainty, stress, or a sense that the way you've been coping no longer feels sustainable.
Many of the adults I work with are capable, driven people who appear to have things together from the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, scattered, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves.
You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Together, we can understand what is happening beneath the surface, identify the patterns keeping you stuck, and develop practical ways to move forward.
You Might Be Experiencing
Anxiety, overthinking, or constant worry
ADHD, procrastination, or difficulty focusing
Burnout, perfectionism, or self-criticism
Depression, low motivation or feeling disconnected
Pregnancy or postpartum emotional changes
Feeling stuck during a life or relationship transition
If any of this feels familiar, you’re in the right place.

Therapy for Life Transitions and Major Life Changes
Life changes can bring up a lot of emotions, even when they're changes you've been looking forward to.
You may be starting a new job, adjusting to parenthood, navigating a breakup, moving somewhere new, or rethinking what you want from your relationships or career. Sometimes the transition is unexpected. Other times, it's something you've planned for years, but the adjustment still feels harder than you anticipated.
During these periods, it's common to feel uncertain, overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from the routines and sense of stability you're used to.
Therapy for life transitions gives you space to process these changes, understand what you're feeling, and figure out what you need as you move forward.
As a life transitions therapist, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you manage uncertainty, work through unhelpful thought patterns, and develop practical coping strategies as you adjust to a new chapter in your life.
What Does Individual Therapy Look Like?
Individual therapy gives you dedicated time to understand what you are experiencing and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable.
Sessions may include exploring current stressors, identifying recurring patterns, learning practical coping strategies, challenging unhelpful thoughts, and trying new ways of responding between sessions.
Because therapy is individualized, the focus may shift over time as your needs and goals change. Some clients begin with a very specific concern, while others simply know that something feels off and want help understanding why.
You do not need to know exactly what you want to work on before your first session. We can figure that out together.
